3 Foreign Cruise Lines Entered Busan Port Simultaneously

For the first time this year, three foreign cruise liners entered Busan Port.


 


Busan Port Authority stated that Costa Serena (114,000 ton), Italian cruise line, entered Busan Gamman Pier on the 2nd with 3,700 Chinese tourists. In addition, M.V, Soleal (19,000 ton), French cruise line, and Diamond Princess (1.155 million ton), British cruise line also called at Busan.


 


Soleal entered at Busan Port International Passenger Terminal with 220 tourists and Princess called at Youngdo International Cruise Terminal with 3,100 tourists.


 


In total, 7,000 foreign cruise tourists arrived at Busan.


 


The cruise passengers tour Busan city by bus and leave at 9pm.


 


In 2016, 0.45 million cruise tourists are expected to come to Busan on foreign cruise ships.


 


This year, there will be 7 days when three cruise ships will dock simultaneously and 36 days when two ships will dock at the same time.
